Benjamas Pipe Jacking Co., Ltd., is committed to the fundamental elements of the Project HSE Requirement and Program, and the key elements required to create and nurture a Culture of Safety.

Our Managements are united in our commitment to the safety of our personnel, our clients, and our workplace.  

Safety culture is defined as the enduring value and prioritization of workers and public safety by each member of each group and in every level of an organization.

It refers to the extent to which individuals and groups will commit to personal responsibility for safety; act to preserve, enhance and communicate safety concerns; strive to actively learn, adapt and modify (both individual and organizational) behavior based on lessons learned from mistakes, and strive to be honored in association with these values. 

Safety is a top priority for Benjamas Pipe Jacking Co., Ltd., and our company motto is;

Being proactive involvement, personal responsibility, personal accountability, and continuous individual improvement are expected of all personnel, vendors and clients.

Safety is of utmost importance in the planning on all of company works, and every one of our personnel shall embrace his/her role in successfully implementing our Safety Program.

Environment is for us to preserved, company personnel shall minimize and prevent any impact to the existing environment when and if possible. Revitalize the environment is also our duty to return back good environment to the public the best we can.

Our Managements and personnel shall ensure to adhere and follow our client’s HSE requirements.

Every personnel has an obligation to stop a work activity if it will prevent an accident.

Personnel shall understand our Company HSE Program and comply with its requirements.

Each personnel shall have the knowledge and acts in accordance with the Company HSE Program. Thereafter, they can protect themselves, their co-workers, others, environment and property.

Each personnel is appropriately trained to safely perform his/her assigned tasks.

Promote HSE Program effectively, planning and communicate.

Effective Health and Safety performance shall be recognized.

All incidents are reported.

Personnel are encouraged to identify areas requiring improvement and to participate in developing action plans.

Personnel shall create a Culture of Safety within the Company.
